Euro is not yet accepted in Cambodia (even by the major banks).

Regarding USD, It is best to carry U.S. Dollar bills in good condition and in small denominations (USD 1, 5, 10 et 20 dollars). Big denominations or bill in bad conditions as well as coins will not be accepted. Change on purchases is given in a combination of dollars and paper Cambodian riel notes instead of coins.
