cooking, better stick to eating :

when served,
- Cooked meat instead of raw fish or raw shellfish.

avoid dehydration. Drinking plenty of safe liquids
can maintain fluid and electrolyte levels.
- Industrially bottled beverages and such boiled
beverages as tea and coffee are generally safe.
Vacationers should avoid drinking tap water or
untreated water from other sources. Different beers
are very popular but to the contrary, wine is not
improved by tropical heath nor by long travels.

are easy to use and have proven highly effective on
clear water if you don’t forget to let silver
nitrate to react before you drink.
